Gas Furnace

  1. Clean and adjust automatic controls
  2. Inspect and also clean burners
  3. Adjust combustion for optimum fuel efficiency
  4. Lubricate as needed
  5. Test for combustion leaks
  6. Test safety shutoff response
  7. Inspect blower assembly, belts, and also alignment
  8. Inspect flue system for satisfactory condition and also operation

Air Conditioner/Heat Pump

  1. Clean condenser coil if necessary
  2. Check all electrical connections
  3. Adjust system for optimal cooling
  4. Check for oil and also refrigerant leaks

Conditions:

  1. This contract provides for twice-yearly maintenance visits, and in addition, twice-yearly filter change visits.
  2. Please notify our office immediately of any abnormal operation of your system(s).
  3. We ask that you follow our instructions in the use of your equipment failure to do so could result in damage to the system or poor performance.
  4. We shall not be liable for any losses due to vandalism, fire, flood, or also acts of God.
  5. Under this contract, you agree to permit our personnel the use of common tools such as ladders, etc.
  6. Any additional repairs needed for equipment will not be performed without authorization from the equipment owner.
